We do our utmost to ensure that we deliver great quality items to you as quick as we possibly can. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us and we will either repair / replace it or refund you, subject to the terms below.
You may return an item(s) to us, provided:
it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
it is in the original packaging, which must be in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
it is not missing any accessories or parts;
you log the return on the website within 7 days of delivery or collection by you
We will collect the product from you at no charge provided it is within 7 days of the first delivery. Any subsequent collections will be for your cost.
Once we have inspected the product and authorised your return, we will refund your account within 3 days of receiving the returned item. We are entitled to refuse a return if the item(s) returned is damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
An item can be exchanged for a different size provided that such a size is available. We will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at no charge provided the exchange request is logged within 7 days of the first delivery. You have 7 days after each delivery to request an exchange. The delivery and collection costs for any subsequent exchange requests will be for your account.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate the returned item.
The incorrect item was delivered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong item(s) to you please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the returned item, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible; or refund you within within 3 days of inspection of the return.

Should an item be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us by sending an email to within 7 days of delivery.

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a item or any characteristic of an item, which makes it less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances..
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the item;
damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.
