What is a Free Pass?
You are allowed to request to exchange the size of your garment or to return the item for a full refund (should you not be satisfied with your purchase) provided you log the return within 7 days. A Free Pass means that the collection of the returned item and/or delivery of the exchanged item is free of charge, on the first request.
You have 7 days after after each delivery to request an exchange or to request the item to be returned. Collections or deliveries from the second request onwards will be for your cost. Currently R99 each way. ie an exchange will entail a collection of the previous size and delivery of a new size. The courier companies consider these as separate transactions and therefore an exchange would cost R198.
Should we not receive any queries from you within 7 days of delivery, we will consider the sale final.
How do I log a Free Pass exchange?
Send an email to with your contact details, order number, new size and address.
How should the item be, when handing over to the courier for return?
Item must be:
in a re-sellable condition and
in its original packaging, with labels attached
Item(s) returned will reach us within 5 business days from collection and will be inspected for quality control. Stains, tears and any other forms of damage sustained whilst in the client’s possession will be for the client’s account, to the maximum of the full retail value of the garment.
